Family owned and operated with passion since 1975, Gallery Pacific has evolved over fifty years from its origins as an Opal jewellery boutique. Today, we continue to design and craft an exclusive range of jewellery featuring Australian Opal and iridescent New Zealand Blue Pearls.
Sculptural artwork inspired by the human culture and natural environment of Aotearoa New Zealand is showcased alongside these jewels, establishing Gallery Pacific's distinct local identity.
After more than 25 years in downtown Auckland, Gallery Pacific is now transitioning to an online gallery while Queens Arcade undergoes refurbishment. Our website is now the primary place to explore and purchase our unique collection of jewellery and artworks.
Gallery Pacific Opal and Blue Pearl Jewellery
At the core of Gallery Pacific in Auckland is the creation of beautiful contemporary jewels by a close team of specialists.
This process is driven by Nick, responsible for gem selection and design, in collaboration with Master Jeweller Katerina. Australian Opal gemstones have a fascinating variation of colour and form, while iridescent New Zealand Blue Pearls are saturated in a marine palette unique among cultured pearls.
Gallery Pacific's design approach is deeply influenced by the intrinsic qualities and natural shape of these gems, aiming to achieve an elegant simplicity. Through this careful and considerate process, Gallery Pacific succeeds in bringing to life jewellery that not only captures the eye but also the heart.

At Gallery Pacific, family owned since 1975, we have created a sanctuary for artistic expression unique in New Zealand. For more than 25 years our gallery in downtown Auckland welcomed visitors to explore a curated collection of sculptural art objects and fine jewellery.
Today, this intriguing and diverse collection continues online, bridging traditional and contemporary design. These works of adornment and art evolve naturally in our South Pacific location, inspired by the cultural influences present in Aotearoa New Zealand today.
